    • Meets biweekly, 2 hours per session

    • Held virtually

    • Rate — $75 per session

    Individual Supervision

    • Meets weekly, 1 hour per session

    • Held virtually on weekdays

    • Rate — $95 per session

Nakia Watson, LCSW

Nakia holds an independent clinical social work license in New York, Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, California, and Nevada with 15 years of experience in the field.  She is a Maryland Board- Approved Supervisor.  

Nakia’s clinical background spans hospital-based medical social work (including NICU, adolescent medicine, and pediatric general medicine and surgical floors), foster care and family reunification,  her current work as a travel social worker, where she continues to serve in hospitals across the country, and private practice owner.

She brings real-world, multi-setting experience to her role as a supervisor—making her uniquely positioned to support LMSWs navigating complex clinical systems, ethical dilemmas, and career transitions.
