All services are subject to availability and professional discretion. We reserve the right to decline a referral or service request if it falls outside our scope of practice or presents a conflict of interest.
Eligibility
By using this website and purchasing services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Our services are not intended for minors without the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled through our website or SimplePractice. By booking an appointment, you agree to arrive on time and prepared for your session.

Payments
Payment for services is due at the time of booking or session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payment through Stripe, PayPal, and Squarespace Commerce. All transactions are processed securely and encrypted.
My Healed Mind does not store full payment card information on our servers.
Refund Policy
All purchases — including therapy sessions, supervision sessions, training registrations, and digital products — are non-refundable. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of My Healed Mind. To submit a refund request, contact us at nakia@myhealedmind.com with your reason for the request.
Digital Products
Digital products and downloadable resources are sold as-is. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital downloads once the product has been accessed or delivered.
Clinical Services & Scope of Practice
Therapy and clinical supervision services are provided in accordance with applicable state laws and professional licensing board requirements. These services do not constitute a legal, medical, or financial advisory relationship.
Forensic evaluation and consulting services are provided for informational and legal purposes only. Reports and expert opinions are based on clinical assessment and available records and do not guarantee any particular legal outcome.
Confidentiality
Information shared in the context of clinical services is governed by HIPAA and applicable state confidentiality laws. A separate Notice of Privacy Practices is provided to all clinical clients at intake. Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information on how we collect and handle your data.
