Nakia is a multi-state licensed therapist, currently licensed in Massachusetts, New York, Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, California, Washington, and Oregon. Her experience spans a variety of clinical settings, allowing her to support individuals with diverse backgrounds, needs, and life experiences.
Her work is rooted in creating a space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported without judgment. Nakia takes a personalized approach to care, helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions while building greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and practical coping strategies that can be applied in everyday life.
